I need a vacation from this vacation !

I never thought I'd utter the words ...


but I need a vacation from this vacation!


Today has been super busy, looking for volunteer opportunities but being too nervous to call any companies, watching the teen choice awards but being disappointed at how it was presented (though it was very entertaining don't get me wrong), watching 27 dresses at Midnight because I'm cool like that. And don't you just HATE it when you plan to meet up with someone and then they cancel on you? Way to bring my hopes crashing down! Would you like a cup of disappointment with that, anyone?


And on top of all that, I have to choose which universities I want to apply to and which programs I want to study. My tug-o-war was between law and biology, in which there is barely any common ground. But after a lot of digging into myself and finding out what I really love to do (which is working with animals), I decided to go for biology.


The only downside of that is MATH.


*shudders*


well its 2:00 AM now, I guess I'll go to bed, tomorrow is going to be a long day. But definitely fun, since I will be spending all day at A's house (my lovely BFF).

Pink Panther

Here's to new beginnings!

People are always talking about new beginnings ..
"I'm going to start fresh! leave the past behind and just move forward"

or..

"I'm going to change, become a better person, a new me!"
But in reality, it rarely ever happens. People tend to be all talk and no action, which sometimes can be a good thing, but mostly its a bad thing. Its kind of funny that humans tend to procrastinate on things that SHOULD be done or are "right" (like homework or cleaning your room) but when its something that shouldn't be done, or is "wrong" (like lying or sneaking out) they don't tend to hesitate.
Oh... I should probably be a "proper lady" and introduce myself.
I was nicknamed "Panther" by my father when I was 5 years old, because apparently my wild personality reminds him of a Panther.
Anyways, I love pink, everything pink. Its my happy colour. But that does not mean I am fully a girly girl. I LOVE shattering stereotypes. Truth is, I have many sides of me: the girly girl, the vicious girl, the optimistic girl, the .. i can go on forever, I wont.

And I guess that list will only grow larger as time passes.
I'm no ordinary girl.
And some day, I'm going to be a big deal.
